This is literally my chosen word this week, because it reminds me of a spelling test I had as a young girl… A boy in my class called Ben (he had an ‘A’ surname), told me that the spelling of Banana is easy to remember because it is his initials (B and A) and then the word Nana… I’ve remembered that ever since… So for Ben – where ever he may be now – use BANANA /bəˈnɑːnə/
