Maintain the integrity of Chair Mountain, with hands resting on your thighs. Keep your head relaxed, and still. Look directly in-front of you, but not at your computer screen, and move your eyes towards the right side, back to centre, then to the left side, back to centre again, look up to the ceiling, and finally look down to the floor. Close your eyes for five seconds, before repeating. Open your eyes, and widen them without creating any wrinkles on your face, taking several deep breaths, before finally lowering your eyelids again for a moment of relaxation.
