I help others to tap into their own ability to self-heal, so they can continuously create balance within their lives. My own life experience has led me to helping others, and a turning point on my own personal journey was bibliotherapy – reading books that ‘talked to me’ – Although at the time, I didn’t realise that I was on a path of self-healing. When I was appointed as the managing editor for Holistic Therapist Magazine my world was opened up to the array of modalities that are available as tools to help others.
I combine my experience, my intuition and empathic ability to relate to people from all walks of life, with my various training to offer integrative packages that support people in their personal and professional lives and relationships.
