I have 30 years of experience in modelling and training models, and I have mentored young and aspiring models to the point where they have achieved their goals including shooting campaigns, front covers, and signing with agencies.

I am also a qualified yoga and pranayama teacher, and exercise to music instructor, so I understand how the body works and in which ways it prefers to move, as well as what looks good for different body types and for client expectations. As a holistic healer, I also am aware of many of the emotional and mental blockages that can stop someone achieving their goals.

I have experience creating shoots, directing them and selecting chosen images, including magazine covers and I have experience with choreography runway shows too, as well as having walked in many. I launched my own modelling magazine in London in 2005, which was an industry guide and I co-ran Canberra’s successful intensive model training workshops: Models 101 (2018-2022), and created a delivered a two-day holiday programme for tweens-teens at Perform Australia (2022).
